The following forms are required as part of the Enrolment process. These forms can be downloaded from the Related links section or copies are available at the school office.
Please Note: If you child is currently enrolled in a Queensland State School there is no need to fill in the enrolment form as this can be printed out and any changes needed made when enrolling at the school office.
All enrolments must have an interview with the Principal or Deputy Principal prior to commencement.
Students being enrolled in a Queensland State School for the first time will require the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Passport and Visa (if Applicable)
